Bio

Terry Holland draws from over 14 years of IT infrastructure expertise and computing technology support experience, performing in various roles including product management, sales engineering and research analysis.

As Product Manager for IT Service Management Integrations at Remedy, she was responsible for many third party product integrations in the areas of self-service, network management, remote control, mobile computing, messaging software and knowledge management systems. Ms. Holland was also a systems engineer in Remedy's sales force. For her work at Remedy, Ms. Holland received the "Outstanding Sales Award" for creating the first official Remedy demonstration environment used by sales representatives, systems engineers, partners and trade show participants.

Before Remedy, Ms. Holland was a senior systems analyst at Tektronix serving in the network computing, workstation and computer graphics divisions where she was directly responsible for the largest sale and deployment of network computers within any enterprise organization (more than 22,000 units in over 1400 locations). She was a multiple winner of the "Tektronix Technical Excellence" award, which recognized the top 10% of employees for outstanding contributions.

Ms. Holland holds a Master of Arts in International Economic Affairs and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. As part of her master's program, Ms. Holland attended the University of Heidelberg in Germany, where she was part of an international exchange program. Ms. Holland holds certifications in Microsoft, Unix and Remedy. A native Californian, Ms. Holland lives in the heart of Silicon Valley and is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Webmaster for her homeowners' association.
